As an Innovation and Technology Project Manager, you will manage high value added innovation projects that are pivotal to Bekaert’s strategic plan, shaping the future in energy transition, green construction and new mobility solutions. You will lead projects accross the Bekaert organization and departments.

Your Impact asInnovation & Technology ProjectManager:

• Lead a cross functional team in the execution of innovation and technology (T&I) projects
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Guarantee adherence to the T&I process and required quality standards
• Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders across the organization
• Monitor that intended project outcomes are aligned with the business objectives
• Manage project risks, issues and dependencies
• Ensure that team members are motivated and working together effectively and coherently
• Take the lead reporting role to the projects’ gate reviews and steerco.
• You report to the Global head of T&I project management, and take on assignments across different business units

Essential skills & competencies

• Master Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or Data Science with 10+ years professional experience and at least 5+ years of relevant experience in strategic price management, preferably in similar industries or as a consultant
• Profound understanding and knowledge of existing and advanced pricing methodologies, strategies, and practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and networking skills and ability to communicate complex topics in a simple way to top and senior leaders as well as cross functional teams.
• Effective at problem solving with advanced analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong digital mindset.
• Excellent skills in MS Office Excel, PowerBI, Powerpoint.
• Fluent in English.
