IT NETWORK & SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

Scioteq is looking for an IT network & System Administrator with a strong focus on networking and security.

Your responsibilities

  • To ensure the operational IT network, cyber security and infrastructure runs smoothly
  • To lead and work on cyber security projects that leads to official certification of DFARS,NIST, ISO 27001
  • Monitoring our network and end points on security threats and mitigating them
  • To participate in the realization and implementation of optimization of our IT Infrastructure
  • To participate in projects towards selected new IT solutions that are being installed in our IT network or our server infrastructure landscape
  • To be the contact for cyber security audits, external or from our customers
  • To support our end –users in your areas

Profile

  • Master degree in Information Technology/Engineering and several years of experience within IT networking and security landscape are required
  • Extensive hands-on technical knowledge of Firewalls, switches, routers, wireless networks, ISCSI, fiber networks, …
  • Experience with one or more security frameworks ISO 27001,DFARS,CMMC, NIST 800-171a
  • Knowledge of Linux systems
  • Good analytics and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills in English verbally and in writing
