작업 내용
Prepare IT equipment for new employees and provide them with correct equipment, thereby co-ordinate with Service Desk to ensure a proper check IN follow up
Provide 2nd level support and technical to end users in the Antwerp office and in case needed for other offices in the region
Ensure proper supply management , IT orders, invoice handling, etc.
Ensure accuracy, security and availability of local systems
Make proper use of the ticket system connected to the Service Desk and ensure end users will too
to be fluent in Dutch and English; both written and spoken, French is a plus
to have at least a Bachelor Degree in IT/ICT or equivalent diploma
you preferably have quite some knowledge of ITIL, server operating systems, Office 365, active directory, backup systems, VOIP, TCP/IP, Networking Fundamentals, PowerShell scripting
to have 2 to 5 years of relevant technical IT/ICT experience
