Responsibilities

  • Respond to diverse technical and functional queries concerning software and IT infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve first-line support issues, including software usage and hardware problems.
  • Draft and update user documentation, such as manuals and guides.
  • Provide both remote and on-site technical assistance to end-users.
  • Collaborate with different internal teams to improve solutions and refine processes.
  • Stay updated with evolving technologies and contribute to ongoing professional development.

Requirements

  • Must be located within a commutable distance to Melsele, Belgium.
  • At least 3 years of experience in first-line IT support.
  • Advanced technical proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware in complex environments.
  • Fluent in Dutch for professional communications; basic French proficiency is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to provide effective remote and on-site support services.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic understanding of French or willingness to enhance language skills.
  • Familiarity with the pharmaceutical sector.
