Junior Trade Marketing Manager

Meaningful Work From Day One:

As part of the Trade Marketing team, you will ensure the proper implementation of the strategy defined during the marketing plans and more particularly be responsible for the animation plan, POSM and Retailers specific promotions. You will report to the Trade Marketing Manager who will support you in all your tasks.

What You Can Expect:

Animations and activations in Point of Sales/Consumption (Off & On Trade)

• Ensuring the quotas and schedules follow up with the field

• Coordination of the the implementation in collaboration with the field and the animation agency

• Analysis and review through regular reports to support and improve marketing and sales plans

• Participate in the development of animation/activation concepts with marketing by bringing a "field" vision on the type and quantity of animations to be developed

• Present the animations program to the sales teams (management, field) with dedicated toolkit, KPI

• Development of retail-specific promotional materials

• Budget monitoring

Point of Sale Material (POSM) management:

• Design of the POSM catalog in line with the in-store activation plans, optimizing catalog with French one

• Leading & briefing external agencies on promotions and smaller projects

• Manage POSM development and optimal warehousing in close collaboration with the purchasing & supply department

• Ensure the good POS reception/delivery at our logistic service providers

• Manage the POS interface: integration of new items, quotas, budget control etc. to allow flawless communication with sales force

• Measure and correct key initiatives, to complement and improve Marketing and Sales plans

• Ensure budget reporting in close collaboration with Finance

• Budget monitoring

What You Bring to the Table:

• University degree or equivalent work experience

• First Trade Marketing or Field Sales experience.

• Strong oral & written communication in French and English, Flemish is a plus

• Creative mindset and a passion for brands

• Strong time management as well as analytical and planning skills

• Great communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
