Key skills required: Labware LIMS Biovia ELN & IDBS e-workbook

Responsible for Labware LIMS, Biovia ELN, Empower CDS technical skills and Subject Matter Expertise in providing Application
Development and Support services to the customer businesses at site.
∙Responsible to guide customer with Laboratory application solution and build framework for steady state support.
∙Responsible for maintaining various support metrics timely reporting to designated people on timely manner.
∙Responsible for end-to-end support of the portfolio and work as single point of contact for LIMS Application.
∙Support integration with instruments, barcodes, label printers
∙Single point of contact with the client
∙Ability to work with other vendors
∙Coordinate with offshore team
∙Report metrics /SLAs and raise any risks to the Service Delivery Lead

∙Daily Trouble shooting and resolution of issues arising in Labware LIMS, Biovia ELN, ,Empower CDS and its integration with other applications
∙Daily Tasks & Coordination with customer site business and projects team, and offshore team.
∙Formulate system improvement plan and optimization strategy.
∙Co-ordination with client to identify problem areas and provide consultancy to address them.
∙Daily stand-up meetings and monitoring of referral, direct and non- vendor processing
∙Must have daily meetings with Client oversight
∙Coordination with offshore support team

∙Minimum 5 years of experience of managing medium or large size Labware LIMS, Biovia ELN, , Empower CDS engagement
∙Must be conversant with different Labware LIMS Modules (Plate Manager Desirable)
∙Must have extensive Labware LIMS, Biovia ELN, , Empower CDS configuration experience
∙Should be able to independently write LIMS Basic code and write and understand complex subroutines.
∙Should be conversant with different lab applications and conversant with managed support service.
∙Well conversant with ITIL V3/4 processes
