What You Will Experience In This Position

In this position, you will support the import/export department with customs and transportation matters :
  • Knowledge of customs processes : import and export declarations
  • Handle Letters of Credit
  • Organize transportation : contact with carriers / brokers
  • Taking care of transport complaints
  • Follow up, instruct, coordinate logistic tasks
  • Think of improvements for yourself and team
You Have
  • Bachelor degree of Logistics or equal by experience
  • Language Dutch : good knowledge verbally and written
  • Language English : good knowledge verbally and written
  • Experience with SAP (and Stream Software)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (excel)
  • Punctual and flexible
  • Team player
  • The willingness to follow courses about AEO, Origin, Classification of goods, Customs value, Bonded warehouse, Customs permits
Examples Include
  • Experience in customs or broker/carrier environments (declarant)
