In This Position, You Will Get To

What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
  • Lead the full cycle recruitment process with a variety of partners including leading launch sessions, sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting candidates
  • Identify, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies for filling sales roles across the European region while advising and influencing hiring partners on talent availability and position attractiveness in the market
  • Identify and build pro-active relationships to develop talent pipelines for critical sales roles
  • Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the process, and maintain compliance with applicable employment laws
  • Promote the nVent brand to build and maintain the reputation as a destination of choice for top sales talent
  • Support Recruiting and Human Resources driven priorities, as assigned
You Have
  • Academic background in business, human resources or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience preferred
  • Verbal and written fluency in English is required; German and/or French language ability is preferred
  • Ability to influence hiring partners while driving business results
  • Strong communication, organization and negotiation skills
  • Ability to prioritize effectively within a fast paced, change oriented environment
