Managing and delivering high quality services (implementation, optimization and project management) with the team so that customers can optimally use the Kerridge Commercial Systems ERP solutions to support the business processes, resulting in high customer satisfaction.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Team coordination;
  • Makes agreements regarding the result, approach, time and quality of the projects and assignments within his department according to the established KPIs and reports periodically on this
  • Responsible for all implementation projects and services within existing customers
  • Responsible for achieving the (turnover) result of the department and jointly responsible for the (turnover) result of Professional Services Group
  • Collaboration with Project Management Officer(s) and Project Managers on the staffing of the projects and the performance of the consultants involved
  • Analyses and monitors the timely and qualitative answer to questions from customers and colleagues
  • Monitors the turnaround time of the assignments / projects and the quality and customer satisfaction
  • Ensures unambiguous communication in accordance with the established matrices within and outside PSG.
  • Will devise and implement concepts in collaboration with his team to improve and maintain implementations within the industry.
Leadership;
  • Managing and coaching employees (consultants, support consultants and project managers) for the continuous improvement of their performance
  • Responsible for the planning, progress and quality of the activities and processes
  • Promotes an efficient and responsible collaboration across department
  • Effective recruitment, development and retention of consultants in order to be able to continue to guarantee a balanced team with the right set of skills
Other;
  • Is part of the MT PSG within Kerridge Commercial Systems Benelux
  • Providing ideas and contributing to the general development of the department and the services
  • Ensure the correct deployment of Support Consultancy and the flow of new consultants from Support (Consultancy Traineeship)
  • Providing ideas and contributing to the general development of the department and the services
  • Responsible for timely and correct project and time administration within the team
Essential

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
  • At least a completed HBO education, preferably in (Technical) Business Administration, supplemented with relevant education and training
  • 5-8 years of work experience in a similar position
  • Experience in managing and coaching employees
  • Customer and service oriented attitude
  • Good knowledge of the basic functionalities and the basic structure of the ERP software
  • Knowledge and experience with project management methods such as Prince2 or IPMA
  • Knowledge of the principles of business management and business automation
  • Highly developed communication and social skills
  • Persuasiveness, Initiative, Proactive, Analytical
  • Command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written.
Desirable
  • Knowledge of software products of Kerridge Commercial Systems
  • Knowledge of different customer processes about the industries in which Kerridge is active
