Job Summary

As Marketing System Specialist, you are responsible for the definition, correct set-up, the usage and the promotion of all the tools used within the marketing department.

  • You ensure a proper daily usage, maintenance and management of these tools.
  • You are the single point of contact for the marketing and other departments within TVH on these tools.
  • You train your marketing colleagues peer-to-peer in the daily correct usage of these tools.
  • In close collaboration with the project and process coordinators, you set-up and create the correct processes, flows, guidelines and manuals for all the IT systems used by marketing.
  • You help to ensure data quality, data accuracy, data enrichment and data maintenance in the tools.
  • You analyse, follow-up and report towards the management on the usage of the tools, the needs and other KPI’s.
  • You follow-up on the business and related system needs within the marketing department and you proactively suggest improvements, best practices and new systems.
  • You are responsible for the implementation of new features, new tools and systems. You project manage these implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Applied Informatics, Business Administration or other relevant studies and at least 3 years relevant experience. Experience in a technical or B2B or e-commerce environment is an asset.
  • You have a very good knowledge of English.
  • You have a good understanding of the system needs of a marketing department.
  • You have proven key user experience with a broad variety of marketing systems & tools, such as: Project management software (Wrike, Monday), Sales enablement tools (Showpad), Marketing automation (Selligent), CRM (Salesforce), ERP system (own brewn LINK for orders creation), DAM (Media Beacon), PIM, CMS, e-commerce promo mechanics (MyTotalSource), ...
  • You have strong organizational and communication skills.
  • You are an analytical thinker with an understanding of marketing metrics and how to assess them.
