What you will do
- Handle correspondence and mailing
- Answer external phone calls and filter messages
- Arrange and facilitate meetings and ensure all parties can attend in the meeting rooms that are available
- Order office supplies and catering
- File and document management
- Checking and adapting lay-out of documents, reports, presentations
- Centralize our policies online
- Participate in People initiatives to increase employee engagement
- Taking the lead in organizing Employer Branding Events
- Support HR with:
- Fleet management
- Recruitment
- Welcoming new employees during onboarding
- Several specific HR Projects
- Organizing office socials and big (global) or small (local) events
- You put a smile on the face of whoever enters our office
- Creating a TrendMiner environment at the office
- Assist other departments (marketing, sales, customer success) if and where needed
You are looking for an internship that combines the expertise of different departments? We will consider this.
We are looking for
Required
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master. Studying toward a degree in Office Management, Economics, Marketing, HR, Communication, or related field.
- You are fluent in English both written and spoken.
- You live in or around Hasselt
- You have a strong interest in the broad scope of Human Resources
- Proficient use of MS Office
- A proactive mentality and a problem-solving attitude
- Able to work autonomously
- Effective communication skills
- A positive mindset and eagerness to learn
