In Rolls-Royce Solutions Liège (RRSL), we ensure reliable power protection.For our office in Grace-Hollogne (Liège), Belgium, we are looking for:Order Manager (Fulltime)The “Order Manager” is responsible for a proper, cost-effective and timely commercial processing (direct customer business) up to delivery. He/She assures the protection of contract risks as well as claim and change management.Key Tasks- Commercial processing of inquiries and contract review, already during contract initiation
- Acceptance and processing of incoming orders, commercial approval/examination, if necessary in coordination with legal
- Legal participation in the creation of framework contracts and sales agreements with customers in cooperation with sales
- Processing of order changes under the aspect of realization of commercial optimization potential
- Ensuring fulfillment of the contract
- Organization and support of customer visits as part of order processing
- Processing and documenting contract changes (claim/change management, including their examination and evaluation (feasibility, effects), if necessary with the corresponding departments such as application engineering.
- Support sales in award talks or negotiations with customers regarding commercial issues, if necessary, take the lead
- Carrying out complaint management
- Claims management
- Execution of risk management tasks: identification and assessment of contract risks (e;g. deviations from contracts, inventories, claims, technical problems, capacity problems, contractual penalties
- Participation in proactive measures and management reporting/deviation analyzes (e.g. revenue planning) and initiation of measures in cooperation with project manager/controlling/project management office carry out in coordination with team management
- Recording, mapping and processing of customer orders in ERP (creating WBS elements, billing plans, etc.)
- Preparation of invoicing and down payment invoices
- Successfully completed studies in the field of business administration, industrial engineering or equivalent by experience and relevant technical knowledge
- Product knowledge and experience in order processing
- Very good knowledge of order modules in ERP systems (SAP or similar) and Microsoft Office programs
- Open to learn RRPS user system IPAS (sales configuration tool)
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English
- Interdisciplinary additional knowledge and professional experience
- Independent, efficient and structured work, sense of responsibility, reliability
