We are looking for a candidate who has experience with managing Enterprise Service management projects with ServiceNow with an agile mindset and a rich experience across ITSM environments and the broader platform on IT Workflows (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM); Customer Workflows (CSM) and Employee Workflows (CSM)

Your primary role will be to guarantee the successful delivery of our ServiceNow projects. Some projects may transition from an incumbent where Fujitsu provides full Service Desk services. Since some projects will be part of global services provided by Fujitsu, you will have to manage any solution implementation that can support and improve the services delivered by Fujitsu.

We expect that you work flexible, independent and keep everything under control to complete your projects towards a satisfied customer. You will identify stakeholders and manage risks by taking a pro-active and solution-oriented approach.

You have a great way of bringing people and responsibilities together, act as a positive leader who takes full ownership and takes care of any impact on the people and projects on the Fujitsu service delivery organization.

Therefore, it is important that you:

• Manage the delivery of the project in partnership with the customer and business unit to ensure acceptance, closure and handover to service operation;
• Define and agree on the project scope and requirements before and during the project, ensuring that this is in line with the expectations of the customer;
• Produce and coordinate materials and baselines during all phases of the project by careful planning and documentation;
• Manage business and project risks, and produce an effective plan and risk assessment so that timescales and project costs are understood and underwritten by all by the appropriate parties;
• Manage and track the project costs in line with milestone acceptance
• Build and manage the relationship with key stakeholders (customer, subcontractors and Fujitsu); typically senior level manager and Project Board;
• Be responsible for delivering clear and concise status reports to both the customer and internal stakeholders;
• Identify and eliminate problems through the creation of a RAID log to gather the related risk, assumptions and dependencies;
• Create high level as well as low level project plans inclusive resource plans
• Set-up ongoing communication and reporting according to communication plan

In this role, you will report to our Head of Project & Programme Services (P&Ps) as a part of the Global Delivery department of Fujitsu Belgium.
