Fujitsu’s Service Management solutions combine the power of ServiceNow across the entire Enterprise Service Management portfolio (ITSM, HR, ITOM, GRC, CSM, FSM, etc.). As a ServiceNow global elite partner, we streamline Service Management processes across the enterprise. We count about 400 ServiceNow Specialists working across 16 countries, and have a successful track record of 800+ ServiceNow projects. We are expert in implementing global SaaS projects.

Today, our practice is growing rapidly and we are looking for new talents to join our team!

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will work on fixed-price projects or consulting services for our customers, and will be responsible for:

• Providing support to our clients’ teams through needs’ collection workshops;
• Recommending, designing, configurating, testing and implementing technical solutions adapted to the functional needs and the technical environment of the clients;
• Issuing project documentation (architecture file, technical specifications)
• Preparing presentations and proposals for the customers, and reviewing all the documentation dedicated to customers and internal teams;

Your Profile
You have a minimum of 5 to 10 years’ experience as Consultant within the IT industry, as well as deep knowledge of/experience with ServiceNow. You are ServiceNow trained/certified (System Administrator, Fundamentals, ITSM or other modules), and have experience working on integration projects.
You are a dedicated team player, with strong communication skills as well as an important customer and service focus.
