PRODUCT MANAGER ENTREPRENEURSHIP PROGRAMMES

Vlerick Business School is a triple-accredited, international business school at the heart of Europe – ranked number one in the Benelux for executive education and 19 in Europe. Vlerick is a school, but it is run as a company, aligned with the high standards we foster in our different programmes. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven product manager to join our Vlerick Entrepreneurship Academy (VEA), focused on providing state-of-art learning journeys and unique network opportunities to entrepreneurs and owner-managersto help them grow their business

The job

• Take ownership of the online, on campus and hybrid executive programmes in the field of entrepreneurship.
• Take the lead in commercial and marketing activities (marketing plan, lead generation and follow-up, networking activities, …), securing participants for your programmes.
• Be responsible for meeting the targets of your programmes in terms of revenues, number of participants and quality of the experience.
• Be responsible for the programmes in terms of programme design and product management. Additionally, you are responsible for the delivery of the programmes, meaning providing the entrepreneurs and owner-managers with a warm Vlerick learning experience by professionally welcoming, supporting & guiding them during their time on campus and/or online.
• Act as the SPOC for different internal stakeholders and external stakeholders.
• Build a strong network with the entrepreneurship community by regularly attending relevant network events and by maintaining a close relationship with our faculty, participants, and alumni.
• Stay on top of the trends in the field of entrepreneurship and learning & development and use new insights to improve your programmes both in design and delivery.

You

• Have affinity with the scale-up environment & entrepreneurship as a whole.
• Preferably have a few years of relevant work experience, preferably in entrepreneurship or SME management.
• Possess networking and sales skills. You can connect with different stakeholders and are ready to be a credible advisor for entrepreneurs and owner-managers.
• Get energized from going the extra mile for customers.
• Are a star at solving problems with a smile, are hands-on and tech-savvy.
• Have an excellent written & verbal knowledge English and Dutch.
• Are flexible in terms of working hours on programme days with occasional evening hours.
• Have affinity with entrepreneurship and a warm heart towards entrepreneurs.
• Will be preferably located on our campus in Ghent.
