Today, with the launch of our French and Belgian subsidiaries, we are opening a customer centre in Mouscron (BE), a real front office, to follow up customers and support our growth in these new markets and we are now recruiting the first employees

  • You are the face of TREX.PARTS for our prospects and clients on a daily basis and you embody our slogan “For Professionals. From Experts”.
    • Continuously connected, you will handle incoming calls/emails and all requests from French-speaking customers from A to Z: Technical advice, Reference search, Quote submission, Order validation and follow-up, Invoicing questions, Complaints handling....
    • Responsive, rigorous, friendly and committed, you will quickly create a bond of trust with your contacts and take advantage of this to highlight the simplicity of working daily with the tools available on our E-commerce site
    • Proactive, you stimulate the curiosity of prospects, you detect the potential need of your contacts to purchase parts
    • Ambitious, agile and a driving force around your superiors and colleagues, you follow internal training courses assiduously to quickly become an expert both in customer relationship management tools and in spare parts in the major forklift truck brands
    • As a team player, your involvement in sharing your experience/skills with colleagues and your sense of initiative to make the team grow make you a pillar of our growth and ambitions
    You have demonstrated
    • Active listening & customer awareness ideally validated by proven experience in a customer centre
    • Knowledge/experience of after sales or spare parts for forklift trucks or construction equipment
    • Open-mindedness, curiosity and willingness to learn/acquire new skills and versatility
    • Team player spirit: Involvement in sharing your experience/expertise with colleagues and a sense of initiative to help the team grow
    • Natural dynamism which translates into initiative and involvement in making concrete proposals and bringing them to fruition
    • Reliability: naturally organised, you manage priorities correctly according to their importance and urgency. You keep your commitments and your word can be relied upon.
    You will have to follow occasional training courses/sessions/meetings in English given by the German colleagues of the parent company. You have a good knowledge of written and spoken English, ideally at B1 level. A basic knowledge of German would be an advantage.
  • A complete and versatile permanent contract under Belgian law, with the possibility of progression depending on individual and collective performance
  • 40 hours /week => 12 recuperation days per year

    • Less than 30 minutes by car/public transport from Lille, Tournai and Courtrai.
    • In a Business Hub established in 2004, fully air-conditioned, very well equipped and secured, with facilities for lunch either indoors (break rooms and kitchenette with microwave and fridge) or outdoors in the park that borders the building. Parking space and bicycle/motorcycle parking available at the foot of the building.
