Project: template-based rollout of SAP ECC for an automotive company (replacing AS400 system)
Analyse the impact on the SAP HR system

Required skills:
Expert knowledge & experience in implementing SAP HR Payroll
At least 5 years SAP HR experience
SuccessFactor knowledge not required

Role: team lead during fit/gap analysis for the HR stream
Business processes:
  • Compensation Management
  • Timekeeping
  • Payroll
  • Benefit Payment
  • Expense Administration

Changes required:
o Updating cost center at employee record, as cost center will change from AS400 to SAP
o Update and refine TMW as per new cost centers
o Provide ability to access vacation balance for Hourly employees (currently they use AS400)
o About 5-6 interfaces may need some code changes
o Review security roles
