For one of our clients in the region of Wevelgem, we are currently looking for a freelance Second Line Support Engineer.

What will you do?

(Remote) Support users across Belgium, UK, and France with complex IT issues in production.
Manage Azure/Entra Active Directory and troubleshoot Windows Server & OS.
Maintain documentation in ServiceNow and SharePoint.
Develop PowerShell scripts and support network & OT infrastructure.
Access rights management & monitoring/maintenance of smart lockers.
Mapping the complete physical connections of the site in Wevelgem in Netbox, including the fiber and copper connections.
Collaborate with specialized 3rd line teams, and assist in projects like device management and network migration.

Who are we looking for?

Experience in IT support within production or OT environments.
Able to work on-site fulltime.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows Server, (Azure/Entra) Active Directory, PowerShell, LAN and network management.
Familiar with ServiceNow, SharePoint, VMware, vSphere and Intune.
Organized, clear communicator, and a proactive team player.
