Senior Business Analyst HR

Project

We are looking for a Business Analyst with HR experience

Our customer will implement a large transformation of their HR environment.

It’s less important what application background the candidate has, but HR experience is mandatory.

Your skills:

  • Good communication skills
  • Curiosity and good listening skills.
  • Solid experience within HR
  • Pedagogical, conveying messages in a way that is understandable to everyone.
  • Customer and results orientation.
  • Good knowledge of analytical methods.;
  • Ability to perform gap analysis (analysis, modelling, information structure);
  • Ability to work in an agile/waterfall way.

The Consultant will be expected to deliver the following documentation:

  • Business Context Diagram
  • Business Process Flow
  • User Stories with acceptance criteria

YOU MUST SPEAK DUTCH FOR THIS PROJECT

Will be based on site in Belgium.
