Project
We are looking for a Business Analyst with HR experience
Our customer will implement a large transformation of their HR environment.
It’s less important what application background the candidate has, but HR experience is mandatory.
Your skills:
- Good communication skills
- Curiosity and good listening skills.
- Solid experience within HR
- Pedagogical, conveying messages in a way that is understandable to everyone.
- Customer and results orientation.
- Good knowledge of analytical methods.;
- Ability to perform gap analysis (analysis, modelling, information structure);
- Ability to work in an agile/waterfall way.
The Consultant will be expected to deliver the following documentation:
- Business Context Diagram
- Business Process Flow
- User Stories with acceptance criteria
YOU MUST SPEAK DUTCH FOR THIS PROJECT
Will be based on site in Belgium.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration 12 Months
