We are looking for an innovative Senior Visual Merchandiser to assist in generating sales through creative retail displays that captures our guests’ attention, with the goal of providing an excellent in-Village and in-store experience. You will employ visual merchandising principles to convert window shoppers into prospects by driving branding and sales objectives in order to maximize profitability.

To be successful as a visual merchandiser you must ensure our store’s visual appearance is maintained to the highest standard, at all times.

As our Senior Visual Merchandiser, you are responsible for the styling, trend trainings for each monthly store managers meetings and have no issue in organizing trainings with our boutique staff. You are overall responsible for the Village windows, in- store and brand events set up.

You are a true team player, supporting our Retail Team in all Retail driven activities in the village. You develop your activities calendar, based on prioritizing brand support and you support the VM Manager in budget monitoring (PO’s, monthly budget exercise,..)

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, spatial design, interior design, retail management, or a related field or equal by relevant experience.
• Proven work experience (3 to 5 years) as a visual merchandiser or visual manager in luxury/department store/premium brands.
• Fluent written and verbally in English and preferably in Dutch.
• Comprehensive portfolio of relevant visual design work.
• Experienced at using Adobe Creative Suite programs, such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or other visual design tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Working knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices.
• Ability to analyze sales merchandising reports.
• Strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Approachable and Team player.
• Solid project-management skills with sense of ownership, time management and business understanding.
