Requirements:
- Bachelor’s + 3 years of experience (or 10 years without a degree)
- Strong ITIL background, SLA/OLA expertise, and BI reporting skills

Key Focus: Cybersecurity KPIs, KQIs, dashboard design and automation, stakeholder coordination
Requirements:
- BSc or 10+ years of relevant experience
- Proven experience with Cyber Security dashboards and KPI frameworks
- ITIL, UX design, and BI tool expertise
