GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Demand Planner is responsible for running the S&OP process and building the Demand Plan in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing departments.
The demand planner ensures the availability of the finished products to meet the requirements of our customers; achieving the Service Level, Inventory and Forecast Accuracy objectives of the organization.
This position reports to the Demand Planning Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Owner of demand planning forums withing the S&OP process
  • Responsible for generating, reviewing and updating the demand plan for the region
  • Challenge and influence the internal stakeholders to achieve service, sales and forecast accuracy objectives
  • Perform Root causes analysis of deviations impacting the forecast accuracy/bias and share output with the leadership
  • Manage the consistency between the Demand Plan, and Financial Forecast
  • Maintain master data for new, relaunch and switched products
  • Areas of responsibility
  • EMEA Singe Use & Industrial GBU.
KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education
Graduate degree (analytical/quantitative disciplines preferred)
Job Experience
2 year of relevant experience in Supply Chain Planning is desired
