Job Purpose and Impact

The Strategic Product Line Manager, will develop strategy and lead all aspects of the execution of product line activities for the chocolate, coatings and fillings product lines. In this role, you will direct our team that designs and implements a comprehensive product marketing cycle. This person will ensure bringing a relevant and innovative product portfolio to the market. We seek a professional who will collaborate with a broader team from different functions and will identify market potential, establish market strategies, estimate potential sales, define promotional activities and handle product through phase-out. Key Accountabilities

Advise on the preparation and coordination of product introductions and updates.
Direct compiling and evaluating research on market product requirements and identify enhancements to current features and functionality.
Developing and supporting the execution of the strategy within the organization.
Plan, organize and coordinate assigned complex programs to accomplish financial and budgetary goals.
Support development and implementation of long term assets strategy and optimize product portfolio across assets.
Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment.
Other duties as assigned Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of six years of related work experience
Preferred Qualifications Masters degree/MBA Financial kwoledge Experience working with Integrated Business Planning
