Who is OPENLANE Europe?

OPENLANE Europe was founded in Belgium in 2004 and has offices in 5 European countries (Belgium, Italy, Netherlands, Germany, France) and the UK. Today, the headquarters of OPENLANE Europe are still located in Belgium (Tienen).

What will you do?

• You will be part of our Infrastructure and Operations team and will report to the Team lead System Engineers
• You have broad IT infrastructure knowledge
• You translate the business needs into workable solutions while bridging the gap between QA, development and IT I&O
• You actively participate in the day-to-day IT operations
• You implement, test and fix server and networking infrastructure
• You support the development team with new releases
• You help your colleagues when necessary with service desk requests

Who are you?

• You have at least 3 years of proven experience in a System Administrator or System Engineer position
• You have excellent communication skills and know how to share your knowledge with colleagues and internal stakeholders
• You like working in dynamic environment and can adapt to change
• You like taking initiative and give suggestions
• You have excellent Windows Servers skills (including not limited to DNS, IIS and GPO)
• You have experience working with Linux servers
• You have experience in networking (including but not limited to firewalls, switches and VLANs)
• You have an excellent knowledge of managing Office 365 and Azure
• You have experience with working in an agile environment
• You are fluent in English
• You live in the surrounding area of Tienen
