An international company active in Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing based in Asse is currently looking for a Technical Service Manager who will be working within the HVAC department.
It is a well known company serving clients and distributors all over Belgium with their high-level HVAC products.
In this new position as Technical Service Manager, you will be reporting to the Regional Director.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and manage HVAC service teams to ensure quality onsite
- Develop strategies for technical support and service
- Understand the sales criteria and hold your team accountable for exceeding revenue goals
- Organize training and ongoing support in the responsible area
- Optimize the after-service network of the company with dealers and external service partners.
About you:
- You have a university degree in technical subjects or equivalent
- You have minimun 8 years of experience in a similar field
- You have an experience in managing a team
- You are fluent in English, Dutch, and French.
