Job Description:

Currently we are looking for a Lab analyst who will be working in cleaning validation and taking the role of team lead for an amazing group of lab analysts. The role involves:

• Leading a team of 6 lab analyst in Cleaning Validation, NIR measurements & Raman method development.
• Responsibility for the planning and coordination of the analytical experimental work (method development, -validation, -transfer) to be done in support of cleaning validation activities.
• Responsibility for the planning and coordination of visual checks of equipment after cleaning and chemical – TOC – Micro swab sampling and sample analysis for chemical and TOC swab samples.
• Managing multiple assigned projects and tasks, establish priorities in line with the project- customer requirements and agreed time lines.
• Discuss technical/scientific challenges and risks with the client, prioritization or resources conflicts and makes suggestions to resolve or mitigate these issues/challenges and risks.
• The reviewing, interpretation and reporting of the obtained analytical data.
• Report and protocol writing/approval.
• Ensures that applicable guidelines, established operating procedures and safety regulations adhering to company work standards are being followed.

Profile & Requirements:

• A scientific bachelor degree. A master is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in GMP environment.
• Experience in cleaning validation is a strong asset.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ambition to take a Team Lead role.
• Superb communication skills in English. Dutch capabilities are a plus.
• Knowledge of analytical techniques likes UPLC-HPLC, GC and TOC
• Good software skills in Empower or similar, eLN en document management systems
• Service minded, Quality oriented, Time management and on point organizational and planning skills.
