Labelling Implementation Specialist support is in one word the gatekeeper of Labelling and Artwork changes in Supply Chain.

The Labelling Implementation Specialist Support is responsible for managing and executing the implementation of Regulatory and Technical changes within Supply Chain systems through accurate business process & artwork management. They are in close collaboration with Master Production Scheduling & Product Master Planners, Secondary Packaging & Artwork teams, Master Data and all major stakeholders in the Artwork process. Responsible for packaging instructions sent on-time to packaging sites.

    qualifications

    • bachelor degree or equivalent experience (preferably in supply chain)
    • excellent computer literacy
    • experience in coordination and administrative tasks
    • used to working in a multinational/multicultural environment
    • fluent in english (written and oral), french is an asset
    • experience from supply chain and regulatory environment is an asset
    • service minded with very good written and verbal communication skills
    • problem solver
    • structured, detail minded and well organized
    • stress resistant, accepts to be challenged and to challenge others
    • open minded, flexible and team oriented; capable of doing the extra mile to reach targets


    key responsibilities

    scope :

    • global commercial products finished goods and related printed components
    • the artwork process starting with change requirement and ending with implementation in production of the new version of printed components
    • systems: sap, gmps, igrafx

    major accountabilities :

    product launches, regulatory variations or technical updates requiring modification of printed components

    • participation in change control process evaluating labelling & artwork implementation within supply chain
    • reception, impact analysis and approval of garfs- global artwork request forms (creation & modification)
    • management of printed components and related information for packaging sites e.g. marking
    • management and coordination of activities triggered through the collaborative workflow
    • update bill of material in line with legal requirements
    • issue of master packaging sheet (creation & modification)
    • provide early visibility on impact of labelling variations to planning

    labelling implementation specialist support role will provide support as needed to the above tasks of labelling implementation specialist, adding the following:

    • follow up & tracking of ongoing labelling and artwork changes to create visibility to the team and stakeholders
    • shared management together with main lis role of above mentioned activities as required (i.e. garf reception, printed component management, bill of material update and issue of master packaging sheet to packaging sites)
    • kpis on evolution of labelling implementations and on-time delivery of information to packaging sites (creation and maintenance)
