Overview The Global Deliver Excellence team is looking for an Analytics Lead who will devise, maintain, and update global Customer analytics dashboards and insights for regional and global stakeholders to drive our Customer Experience journey. As Lead for Global Analytics, you will be using Alteryx, Data Visualizations, and other advanced analytics tools and in this role, you will drive the development of strategic insights, advanced visualizations, data modeling and predictive analytics. Responsibilities: Lead the development & maintenance of global performance management assets across Customer Experience, including interactive dashboards, metric definitions, metric development and updates Connect with Deliver Performance & Analytics teams, and other data & analytics departments across Supply Chain, Commercial and IT to ensure an aligned Customer experience strategy; Responsible for collection of Customer Experience KPIs for quarterly business reviews; Proactively provide data-driven strategic insights and support the deployment of advanced analytics as capabilities evolve within Customer Experience and Customer Analytics; Manage Customer Experience data collection process for Deliver and SC leadership reviews; Use external benchmarks to champion the development and implementation of analytical approaches and methods that are innovative and examples of best practices; Partner with external vendors, service providers, and other third parties as applicable in relation to the activities and dependencies of the role; Strong data management and analytical skills with a consistent awareness to accuracy and attention to detail; Deliver effective presentations to senior management using robust storytelling and data visualization approaches. Qualifications Minimum of bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required. High preference in Economics, Statistics, Finance, Engineering, IT, Supply Chain or comparable by experience; Must have at least 6 years of experience in creating data analytics solutions that drive actionable insights; Experience working or supporting Supply Chain areas is preferred; Experience with performance analytics and advanced analytics tools (preferred experience with Power BI and Alteryx) is required; Experience collaborating within a global teams and providing deliverables on schedule is preferred; Experience in leading data analytics projects, understanding and shaping user requirements and partnering with IT is preferred; Passionate about building a “Best in Class” customer-facing organization that drives business success using data is preferred; Experience working within a cross-functional environment with a high degree of collaboration is preferred; Track record to drive business results – identifies and capitalizes on opportunities, identifies risks/issues, assesses implications, formulates recommendations, and drives sound decisions that deliver results Possess strong presentation and storytelling skills; can speak across various forums and communicate to broad, diverse and non-technical audiences is preferred; This position requires up to 10% of travel time.
