For one of our clients, a multinational company known in the market for its industrial innovations, we are looking for a lean manager/industrialization manager for its various factories in Belgium. You will have to manage a team in order to achieve the objective set at the beginning.

The projects are all very interesting and the working atmosphere is jovial, you will not be bored.

This opportunity is perfect for a manager who is interested in improving production processes in the manufacturing industry and who is in touch with the field.
  • You will manage a team of 4 people to support you
  • You have experience in industrialization/production methods
  • You have experience in project management (>1m€) with full responsibility
  • You have a thorough knowledge of the ERP modules (production) and their implementation methodologies.
  • You have a good understanding of the processes related to production (planning, industrialisation/ production set-up, production, quality control, packaging) and the associated ERP transactions.
  • You have field experience in production management and lean manufacturing
  • You are an industrial engineer by training or have equivalent experience
  • You are English-speaking and speak French/Dutch
  • You have a solid knowledge of industrialization/lean manufacturing methods
  • You have experience in optimising working methods in the field
  • You are an autonomous team leader
  • You are methodical and proactive
For this position, we offer a permanent contract with the following salary package:
  • A gross annual salary of up to €95,000 (depending on your experience)
