We’re looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will be part of an enthusiastic Learning and Development (L&D) team and contribute to our PwC continuous learning strategy.

What you’ll learn and do

You will support the L&D manager in defining and rolling out the Learning and Development strategy for technical learning including certifications, mainly for our Advisory and TLS department.

This includes working closely with the business, conducting needs analysis, scoping learning needs, partner to design/curate innovative learning solutions, implement measures to determine effectiveness of learning solutions, define the L&D communication plan.

You will perform data analysis and report to the different stakeholders on main L&D data (attendance, evaluations, actuals vs budget, …).

You stay abreast of latest developments in learning trends & technologies, embrace & implement various types of training.

As PwC Belgium is part of a larger network, you connect to the PwC EMEA and the PwC Europe network, follow up on the developments at EMEA/PwC Europe level and advise the business on how to implement/offer the EMEA/PwC Europe training.

You will work closely with the other L&D team members and participate actively in the L&D team meetings.

Who you are

• Bachelor or master degree

• A minimum of 3 years experience in learning and development

• Digital savvy with experience with learning management system ; experience with different learning authoring tools and software for video/audio is a plus

• Agile, flexible, proactive

• Passionate about developing people’s skills and competencies

• Strong communication skills, able to inspire and convince, great stakeholder management

• Languages: fluent in English, Dutch and French
