Incoming Quality line supervisor (Manufacturing)

Responsibilities

Performs the different levels of incoming inspection of the delivered goods in relation with the product and quality specifications.
Ensures that nonconforming material is segregated.
Performs stock checks on request of production.
Supplier COC handling
Manages MRB meetings when supplied/inspected material is not in line with the specifications.
Start up the supplier corrective process in case supplier related non conformities are detected during IQC or later on during manufacturing.
Aligns on a regular basis the suppliers performance with SDQA department
Follows-up KPI’s
Plans and coordinates the IQC team activities

Competences

Technical Bachelor / Technical Background
Trained on management of non-conformities, MRB’s, document and record control as defined in the competence matrix.
Correctly use measurement tools
Trained in ERP system
Knowledge of QMS standards ISO9001
Knowledge of ISO-2859-01
Ability to deal with and manage a diverse and demanding workload
Experience as teamlead
