As a dynamic member of the distribution team in a multinational environment, you will be mainly responsible for the back-office support for Ecommerce. You will report to the supervisor Back Office D2C.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Give back-office support for Ecommerce orders in close cooperation with front office and Ecommerce team
  • Control and understand the complete process flow for parcel deliveries: order, inventory, shipment, last-mile delivery
  • Be responsible for the order entry & follow-up:
  • Direct-to-Consumer orders: parcel shipments
  • Personalization orders (value added services, manual or integrated)
    • Give logistic and operational support related to larger online actions (Sales periods, Black Friday, Easter, X-mas, etc.)
    • Process social media postings related to Ecommerce and D2C orders

    Applicants should ideally:

    • Be highly proficient in Windows and MS Office applications (Excel and Outlook).
    • Have knowledge of SAP and/or SalesForce service cloud.
    • Continuously pay strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Be proficient in English.
    • Be detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
    • Be pro-active and show problem-solving skills.
    • Show the ability to perform well under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
    • Demonstrate the ability to adapt to a changing environment.
    • Be flexible.
    • Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
