Context / Mission

Louvain School of Management (LSM) is looking for a part-time" Admissions and Marketing Coordinator" for its exclusive CEMS Masters in International Management (CEMS MIM).

CEMS is a global alliance of leading business schools and LSM is part of this alliance. The post has been created with the aim of increasing the visibility, reputation and recruitment of the CEMS MIM programme.
Activities

  • Student servicing :
Act as main point of contact for prospects and LSM CEMS applicants, organizing appointments and drop-in hours together with the Programme Manager and Exchange Co-ordinator.

  • Marketing :
In collaboration with LSM CEMS Academic Director, develop a marketing strategy and action plan with the aim of increasing CEMS student recruitment both locally and international.

Implement, analyse and review the marketing action plan in collaboration with International Student Recruitment Officer, Head of International Office and the CEMS team.

  • Admissions and Student Recruitment :
Develop a (semi-)automated process for admission and student recruitment

Prepare and update all materials used for the LSM CEMS application call (website and cems.org included)

Act as main point of contact for LSM CEMS applicants before and during their applications and after their selection as students. Answer questions and requests from potential prospects proactively and regularly

Convert as many prospects as can be into applicants

Analyse applications.

Organize and participate in the LSM CEMS selection process.

Prepare the Welcome Sessions for new students

  • Organisational lead of the CEMS 35 event (April 2024)
Organise the CEMS 35 three-day event in April 2024 in collaboration with the Head of External Relations and academic team. A part-time events coordinator will be recruited to support this part of the role.

  • Representative of LSM CEMS programme
Participate in international CEMS Events (once or twice a year)

  • Provide administrative support in other areas of the LSM International team or wider administrative team if required
Qualifications and skills

Master degree, preferably in languages

Bilingual French/English (or an excellent level of English and French – minimum C1).

Proven experience in an administrative role

Experience or an active interest in international education

A commitment to providing a high level of customer service to students from a wide variety of backgrounds

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in French and English

Able to work well working in a team as well as working autonomously.

Proactive

Strong organisational skills and a high attention to detail

Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, student data management systems, willingness to learn new systems)

Experience in marketing, communication or events management is an asset

An additional language is an asset
