Summary :
The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical service of Stryker Mako robotic assisted arms in this region.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent electro-mechanical capabilities, they will research, diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner. They will be able to work independently with minimal direction and supervision to achieve the desired outcomes.
The successful candidate will:
- Schedule and perform on-site installation, maintenance and repair of highly complex robotic medical equipment and software systems.
- Maintain hospital and account preferences to meet or exceed customer expectations. Deliver excellent customer service and foster positive, trusting relationships with all hospital staff.
- Verify and approve the operational quality of Stryker systems and equipment.
- Manage and control field inventory, tools, test equipment, technical documentation, and other assigned equipment.
- Prepare and submit applicable field service documentation such as field service reports, expense reports and service checklists and /or attachments
