Roles & Responsibilities

  • You lead and participate in business analysis projects, where you identify stakeholders and capture their needs, define business requirements, translate them in functional and non-functional requirements and translate them in IT solutions.
  • You get familiar with the relevant IT solutions and can implement use cases; as a key-user you are able to provide end-users with hands-on training.
  • You manage projects, including the responsibility of planning, resourcing, and delivery; guide the team in every phase of the project and ensure the delivery meets client expectations.

Skills & Qualifications

  • You hold a Master’s degree and have at least 3-5 years of experience in technology consulting with a focus on business analysis.
  • Ideally, you have thorough experience in:
  • Business requirements gathering
  • Enterprise or solution architecture.
  • Preferably you also have experience in end-user training and/or user acceptance testing
  • You have a pro-active mindset, dynamic and flexible to work within a fast-paced environment
  • You are fluent communication and facilitation skills in Dutch, French, and English are required.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and change management mindset.
