Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage projects, including the responsibility of planning, resourcing, and delivery; guide the team in every phase of the project and ensure the delivery meets client expectations.
  • Help grow the public sector team through coaching and mentoring team members and sharing knowledge and experiences.
  • Support the further growth and development of the public sector practice. This includes the design of new service offerings, follow-up on trends and sector evolutions and engage in networking activities & organization of events.
  • Work closely with other KPMG business units and develop an internal network.

Skills & Qualifications

  • You hold a Master’s degree and have at least 3-5 years of experience in either strategic and/or management consulting with a focus on the public sector.
  • Ideally, you have thorough experience in:
  • Strategy definition & development;
  • Transformation(s);
  • Business process improvement;
  • Organizational and process architecture design.
    • Pro-active mindset, dynamic and flexible to work within a fast-paced environment
    • Fluent communication and facilitation skills in Dutch, French, and English required.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and change management mindset.
    • Experience in organizational change management is a plus.
