The opportunity

And now more than ever, the opportunities and challenges for the People and HR departments are bigger than ever! We are therefore looking for people to reinforce our “Future of Work” transformation team.

This team is supporting our clients to reimagine and transform the way work will be done, touching the broad spectrum of the employee experience through digital, workplace, and culture.


We team up with the client around employee experience design, HR and workplace analytics, hybrid working, (remote and hybrid) leadership, skills of the future and learning. Do you have 5-7 years of experience these fields and is the Force of People Experience strong in you, than you might be the One we are looking for!


Your key responsibilities


You will be joining the Future of Work team as subject matter resource (depending on your background and experience) but will also play a vital role in supporting the further development of this offering and bringing it to the market. Your expertise, energy and enthusiasm gives clients the positive feeling and confidence to put the project in your hands to lead.

To qualify for the role you must have


  • You have 5 years or more of experience in projects on HR and workplace transformation, employee journey and employee experience design, hybrid working
  • You are fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch and French is considered as a plus
  • You have experience in project management and facilitating workshops
  • Experience in ideation and design techniques are a plus
  • Experience in analytics, Microsoft Workplace Analytics or Microsoft Viva are also a plus
