Your role

We are currently looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Salesforce implementation team. You will be part of a young, flexible, and dynamic team, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. Candidates for this role should have an interest in business and technology.

As a Marketing Cloud Consultant, you will support the implementation of Marketing Salesforce Solutions from proposal to delivery. This includes leading workshops to develop a strong understanding of the Client’s requirements, designing the application and the Marketing tools (Journeys, Personas, Campaigns, Emailing Strategy, etc.) to fit the business needs, configuring the Salesforce platform, supporting the deployment phase, and the roll-out to the marketing department of our customers. In this position, you are building a strong relationship with all the stakeholders, and you are working towards the change and the adoption of the new CRM platform.

Your responsibilities

• Deliver Salesforce project from start to finish (strategic analysis, business analysis, implementation, rollout, maintenance)
• Design and advise on the « To-Be » application to meet those needs
• Lead workshops to understand business requirements and translate them into requirements
• Configure the platform
• Define test scenarios to validate the application and the marketing strategy
• Train users and participate in Change Management activities
• All-in-all, get an active role in the digital marketing transformation of our clients!

Your experience

• A strong IT/business affinity or background
• Very good communication skills (written and oral)
• Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch

Nice-to-have

• Salesforce and Marketing Cloud certification or experience
• Experience in IT and/or Digital tools configuration
• Experience in Business Analysis
• Experience working with Agile methodology

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
