We are currently looking for a Marketing Pricing Manager to join our Marketing Team based in Louvain-la-Neuve, Brussels area, Belgium. As Marketing Pricing Manager, you will actively contribute to our business growth and position N-SIDE as the top reference in Innovative Advanced Analytics Solutions in the pharmaceutical and energy industries by driving the pricing activities and leading insightful market/competition analysis.
What you’ll do
Manage the pricing related activities at N-SIDE by at first leading the pricing strategy definition project together with an external pricing consulting company: from audit to recommendations
- Compile all the information required by the external consulting firm to perform the audit and derive recommendations
- Ensure that the deliverables fit with the project chart and initial needs : check the scope, the relevance of recommendations, the feasibility of the implementation
- Monitor the progress of the project and the budget
Be responsible of the implementation of the new recommended pricing strategy (definition & monitoring) for both businesses Energy and Life Sciences :
- Pricing strategy per customer segment and business objectives,
- Customer pricing journey (acquisition, cross-sell, up-sell…),
- Pricing lists in SalesForce and approval process (Owner - discount)
- Ensure pricing process adoption within the company and continuous improvements
Perform SaaS pricing analysis based on internal data from SalesForce, Customer surveys/interviews and based on external data : market/competition watching
Perform broader competition, market/industry analysis to feed Sales, Product and Marketing strategy.
Review regularly the pricing process (discount, approval …) and gather feedback (lost deals…) from the commercial teams
Be the point of contact for all pricing topics, collaborate and engage effectively across the organization with teams such as Life Sciences, Energy, Finance.
About you
- You hold a Master in Business management/Marketing
- Min 4 years experience in similar job (Pricing manager in BtoB - Saas)
- You master the different pricing models in B2B and the pricing research methodologies.
- You have previous experience in building and mapping pricing packages to user personas, buyer personas, and/or market segments
- Experience in CRM (Salesforce preferred) is a plus.You know how to effectively lead competition & market analysis and how to extract the quantitative and qualitative feedback from the customers to nurture the pricing models and business strategy.
- You are a strategic thinker
- You have project management and sharp analytical skills
- You are proactive, flexible, hands on and results oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills to drive pricing strategy in the company, and ensure sharing of best practices is a key asset
- Effective communication and presentation skills are required
- You are a team player, and you like to take on new challenges
- Fluent written and spoken English.
