Job Description: The Aseptic Master Team strives to function autonomously to prioritize and execute routine requests and projects for Master Data (MBR, SAP, LIMS, Informa, ...) in line with procedures and within the agreed lead time Experience: •Bachelor in scientific, economic or IT direction • Thorough knowledge of SAP, LIMS and/or Informa = must •This position requires a high level of administrative competence + independence + critical attitude + accuracy and correct work •Technical reading and understanding NL & ENG • Team player: good communication skills (written and verbal) •Experience in master data systems, statistics and/or computer systems = plus •Experience in pharmaceutical industry = plus Scope of work: • Loading master data into the systems • Following up on master data requests • Dissemination of knowledge • Documenting the different processes of master data MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES (offer from the following range of tasks depending on the needs of the team) 1. Create, follow up and change MIF/SIF/LIF (request master data in LIMS) •ensuring the technical correctness • Follow-up from request to input in the systems. •ensuring the achievement of the predetermined due dates 2. Creating and modifying the release lot plan and respect in the computer system • build and maintaining the required tests and methods •build and maintaining a release lot plan and registration specifications 3. Create and modify the stabilities, specifications, and templates Building and maintaining the stabilities templates and specifications for the different products and climate zones 4. Create and modify, maintain and inactivate master data in LIMS 5. Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and approval of procedures 6. Dissemination of knowledge of master data: † ◦Training new employees and new principles ◦Preparing training material
