For our client based in Brussels we are looking for a Medior Data Engineer.


Mission:


The BI data modelling and vizualisation expert develops data platform solutions, has solid understanding of data modelling and structuring, hence core data-related and business-aware projects are in his or her priorities. From ETL workflows to data governance and distributed data vizualisation solutions, data services and its availability are main premises of this function.


Your profile:


  • Notions of
    • Data Architecture
    • Data Processing
    • Data Preparation, Structuring of Data using a mix of SQL, Alteryx/ETL
  • Mastering: Vizualization & Javascript-dashboarding
  • Support test management in the execution of tests (including bug fixing)
  • Quality review of detailed design
  • Documentation
  • Master or equivalent through experience
  • Notions of data warehousing and data mining
  • Strong knowledge in data vizualisation solutions and techniques
  • Good knowledge on data mining techniques
  • Good knowledge of databases including SQL Server
  • Good knowledge of relational databases including SQL Server and analytics database like Teradata, Sybase IQ or Vertica
  • Knowledge on technical infrastructure
  • Expert / Certified in SQL Server 2017 Enterprise Edition, Alteryx Designer 2020, Alteryx Server 2020
  • Expert / Certified in Javascript, data visualization
  • Good understanding of IT architecture
  • Agile mindset
