For the MES Program Manager we are looking for someone who can add value with the following skills and experience:

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Coordinate and schedule internal resource activities for Project Execution
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks . Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure and Report project performance to internal project sponsors and client stakeholders
• Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis
• Create and publish high level integrated master schedules in accordance with the requirements or needs of the necessary stakeholders.
• Track baselines, perform what-if analysis, and develop contingency plans
• Perform project progress monitoring duties, as well as identifying critical activities, and reviewing forecasts with progress achieved to date.
• Perform other related duties as assigned
