Join us in driving progress in the working world and beyond.Your journey with usWe are looking for a Senior Consultant to join Monitor Deloitte’s growing and M&A integration and separation advisory team.As a member of our team, you will work with Executives from top corporations on complex M&A pre- and post-deal engagements helping our clients cope with the challenges they are facing:

• Quickly developing an understanding of the client and the drivers for integration/ separation;
• Interpretation and analysis of information memoranda, business plans, historical financial information and publicly available information;
• Support in review of organisational structures and business operating models;
• Working across the whole deal lifecycle, from pre-deal synergy reviews and the development of integration or separation strategies to day 1 planning and post-deal implementation programme delivery;
• Engaging with managers on programme priorities and issues;
• Communicate analysis and recommendations in both written and oral communication with internal and client stakeholders;
• Developing your consulting skills in strategic thinking, programme and change management
• Developing your expertise in facilitating large workshops, benefits tracking, risk and issue management, change control and stakeholder management;
• Build relationships between Monitor Deloitte and the client’s project team; We are looking for experienced professionals to join Monitor Deloitte’s growing and M&A integration and separation advisory team.

Let’s Talk About You

• Excellent Masters or MBA degree from a reputable university;
• Interest or previous experience in working with client teams to deploy strategies for integration/separation projects;
• Experience in analysis of business models and supported in development of target operating models;
• Experience of change management and transformation initiatives e.g. Technological or business process changes;
• Strong financial analysis skills;
• You have an innovative mindset, are results orientated and enjoy interacting in a complex and sensitive business environment;
• You are keen to learn more about and have an interest in the digital element within the mergers & acquisitions context;
• Good written and verbal communication skills for the purposes of clearly communicating to clients, stakeholders and teams;
• You are open to working in an international environment and abroad, if needed;
• You are fluent in English, Dutch and French. Additional languages are a plus;
