Job description

In this exciting and challenging position you will have a supporting role but also be at the forefront together with our head of dealer development in the restructuring of our distribution network in Europe:

  • You will travel occasionally in Europe to attend meetings, conferences, and dealer visits.
  • You will set up a dealer database or sub-dealer network to improve visibility into the current structure and performance of the dealer network.
  • You will be required to set up and maintain a comprehensive dealer database or sub-dealer network. This will involve mapping out the current structure of the dealer network, including its (meta)-data like the types of dealers and other relevant information. The goal of this database will be to provide greater visibility into the performance of the dealer network and help improve its overall efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain the dealer database that maps the current structure of the dealer network (dealers, addresses, type of dealer, addresses, investor, etc.)
  • Develop and gain insight into current and new structures and processes to improve network excellence in all aspects of the business for continuous improvement.
  • Create a comprehensive overview of the HCEE dealer network in terms of network structure and performance.
  • Analyze the strengths, weaknesses and other details of the HCEE network and work on improvement plans
  • Develop and maintain a Power BI database that delivers information.
  • Exchange data with national sales associations in Europe to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Report to the Network Excellence Leader Europe and collaborate closely with the field sales and aftersales teams.

Profile

  • You strongly believe in Power BI and have extended experiences in data & analytics.
  • You like to stay organized and maintain business interfaces to gain insights with the use of data & define clear strategies for our business.
  • Data visualizations, reporting, and data querying tools are familiar terms to you.
  • You preferably have a Bachelors degree in Business Analytics and/or Business Strategy, or relevant.
  • You speak fluent English. Dutch, German and/or French are a plus. And you have excellent communications skills.
  • You are eager to stimulate the business with tools (such as Power BI) and build a data-first-culture across the entire organization.
  • You are a creative thinker and have a very structured and analytical mind. Staying up to date on the latest advances in data is also important to you.
  • You are proactive, work independently, but foremost a team player that likes to take the lead and work in a green field environment.
