Function: As an Odooconsultant,your specific tasks and responsibilities may include:
  • Drive and challenge business requirements gathering sessions
  • Act as a liaison agent between business and development team to transform new requirements into Odoo working features
  • For each requirement advise our clients with the optimum solution
  • Develop and maintain processes to continuously monitor data quality
  • Create training material and documentation for Odoo users and train new end-users (train the trainer approach) on Odoo and related applications
  • Create and document the testing strategy (following industry best practices) and coordinate the test execution
  • Deliver informative, well-organized demos to business teams.
Profile
  • At least 1 year experience in a consultant role (ideally within a first experience with Odoo)
  • Master degree in (Applied) Economic Sciences, Engineering, Commercial Sciences, or any other master degree complemented by a degree in Management Sciences
  • Project management skills (and ideally Odoo certification) and good understanding of business processes
  • Structural thinking
  • Ability to work autonomously but also in team with a “Can Do attitude”
  • Creatively and pragmatic in a problem-solving environment
  • Fast-learner with a specific interest in Digital
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Bilingual French/Dutch with a good working knowledge of English
