The Operational QA Coordinator belongs to the Supply Department that is responsible for coordinating the operational quality assurance activities for the Ewon manufactured range of products. His/Her mission is to guarantee and optimize the quality of processes and products as well as to make them known to the different stakeholders.

Your Impact: Role and Responsibilities

• You maintain and manage quality control
• You are responsible for the traceability of the material composing the productions by collecting and storing information related to change, quality and compliance
• You coordinate the necessary actions in the event of a quality alert or incident: traceability and impact analysis on production, subcontractors, stocks and customers
• You establish Quality KPI to monitor the quality of the productions, to provide a global overview and identity possible improvements.
• You carry out certification audits based on technical files maintained by R&D with external certification bodies.
• You manage subcontractors on aspects related to the quality of products and processes
• You are responsible to write the NCR with internal help for specific technical approaches, validate the corrective actions and ensure follow-up of the taken actions and their robustness.
• You supervise, coordinate and support the RMA process at SSN
• You contribute to the structuring, formalization and evolution of existing procedures and the maintenance of the quality system
• You participate in the development and maintenance of the quality system related to supply operations
• You participate in the development of information content and training related to quality and train quality stakeholders (employees, subcontractors, customers)
• You work closely with the QA Manager who is responsible for the business quality strategy and policies

Your Qualifications and Education Requirements

• You have Technical or management Master’s degree and have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
• You understand mechanisms and principles related to production, quality & supply chain
• You understand Technical issues in a high-tech environment (electronics, IT, IoT, etc.)
• You have very good command of spoken and written English
