- Manage all logistics and warehouse operations (several locations across EMEA region) along with their related budget
- Collaborating with the global trade compliance team in terms of customs and all import and export declarations
- Support the strategic development of the logistic footprint in EMEA to secure the growth projected for the short, mid and long term.
- Lead and develop operations team in EMEA
- Lead strategic initiatives to improve and increase our service level while increasing cost efficiency and customers satisfaction
- Analyze data and produce reports supporting decision making
- Work closely with the Global logistics team to align necessary processes within the EMEA region
- Collaborate effectively with key EMEA teams, such as: Parts, Accessories & Apparel team, Sales Support team, Volume Planning team and Commercial team
- University, business school or technical school degree in economics, engineering or similar
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in similar environment
- Fluent in English - other language skills a plus
- Very good experience in logistics and warehouse operations
- Strong team player
- Experience in leading multicultural teams of 10+
- Experience in working in a global company
- Good analytical skills paired with general business acumen
- Demonstrated experience influencing senior business stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, both in operational and executive contexts
- High degree of ownership & self-initiative
- Organized, accurate and results oriented
