Aerospacelab is currently recruiting a (M-F) : Purchasing/Logistic Officer

Duties

You ensure purchase order (PO) encoding in the ERP, handle their follow-up and make sure the ERP information remains up to date. You have a direct communication with national and international suppliers to ensure the PO are delivered in time and quality.

As you evolve in the position, you will gradually handle and an increasing part of the supplier selection process (Cost/Planning negotiation, technical discussion with suppliers, supplier workload analysis, ….)

You will report to the supply-chain manager and participate to the production ramp-up of Aerospacelab.

What We Expect As Key Activities

Close PO follow-up with national and international supplier

Encoding of PO in ERP

Follow-up of PO approval workflow

Maintain ERP information up-to-date based on project/supplier inputs

Relay technical questions from supplier to Engineering and vice versa

Organize shipments

Perform supplier performance review

Gradual involvement in supplier selection process (RFQ phase)

Must have

Bachelor degree in Logistic/Purchase

0-3 years of experience , ideally in an industrial environment

Fluent in English

Solution oriented & agile mindset

Autonomous & independent

Open to take responsibilities

MS Office literate
