Operations Service Quality Manager

A company active in the asset management sector is currently looking to hire an Operations Service Quality Manager to join their offices in Brussels to support their business growth.

Thanks to your experience in Asset Management and in financial markets, you will be the perfect addition to the company and will have an essential role in it.

Your main responsibilities as the new Operations Service Quality Manager will include:

• Ensure operational activities performance and services delivery, relying on the respective teams lead and monitoring
• Collect periodical services measurement indicators for the department’s services
• Ensure data feed, maintenance, control and availability for further usage across the department and for its "Clients"
• Monitor/Follow up, based on a pre-defined calendar/beneficiaries/scope, the delivery of the agreed periodical reporting as agreed in the Legal documentation / Agreement and with the beneficiaries
• Define and maintain the respective calendar, and roll out the appropriate governance and committees to demonstrate the service performance and service level delivered, per Services Recipients/Beneficiary and as per respective scopes
• Prepare the different supports / presentation, based on the available indicators, adapted where required, and relying on the Services owners indicators interpretation.
• Document the governance to ensure proper audit trails of the Department duties / responsibilities
• Ensure all actions, issues are addressed and resolved.
• Ensure all documentation used are up to date, reflecting the reality (services evolution, extension, indicators review, periodicity review, etc.) and duly applied within by the services/teams providers.

On a more ad hoc basis, you will provide :

• Activity Analysis and Reporting (per entities, investment centers, products, etc. and on quality and efficiency (productivity, performance, process efficiency, etc.))
• Contribution to larger request
• Costs and budget data usage for analysis/trends
• Follow up on Compliance, risk and legal Compliance topics impacting the department Services performance and delivery
• Audit recommendations follow up

Your profile:

• You have a bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics or Finance or equivalent by experience
• You have relevant experience in the Asset Management or Asset Servicing industry
• You have a good knowledge of financial products;
• Experience in a back or middle office is a must. You have either worked in several roles that allowed you to fully understand the F2B (Front to Back) value chain or either you have worked in one or more transversal roles allowing you this helicopterview.
• You are fluent in English, knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus
• Experience with Access is a plus
